5. Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after the order has been confirmed. Products are shipped through a third-party courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. The company is not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during transit.
6. Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or for any other reason. Returns are accepted only in cases involving defective or incorrectly shipped products. In the event that a product is defective or has been incorrectly shipped, a return will be accepted only if the product is determined by the company to be objectively defective or incorrectly supplied.
To request a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order through our website or customer support email. If the return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by the company only when the product is defective or has been incorrectly shipped.
7. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible, as the order may already have entered the processing or shipping process.
